Sustainability
SUSTAINABLE COMMITMENT, LASTING POSITIVE IMPACT
At GenesisAgro, sustainability is not just a pillar — it's the foundation of our strategy.
We act with environmental responsibility, social inclusion, and ethical governance to transform the countryside into a vector for regenerative development. Our commitment is clear: to produce efficiently, respect natural resources, value people, and promote solutions that benefit the present without compromising the future.
Research, Development & Innovation Center
Technology that transforms, research that regenerates
GenesisAgro's Research, Development, and Innovation Center (CPD&I) was created to anticipate agribusiness challenges and develop solutions tailored to the Cerrado biome. It operates with a regional focus, connecting science and practice through studies on soil, climate, management, and regeneration—always aiming to make production more efficient, sustainable, and resilient.
Partnerships with public and private institutions and the scientific community broaden our impact and ensure that the knowledge generated at the center is converted into applicable solutions for the realities of the field. Furthermore, the CPD&I houses a convention center dedicated to technical exchange and collaboration with major companies in the sector, strengthening the agroindustrial chain with innovation and a vision for the future.

Applied Innovation
REGENERATIVE AND EFFICIENT PRACTICES
The practices adopted in GenesisAgro's areas are a direct reflection of the work of CPD&I. We adopt production models that regenerate soil, optimize resource use, and promote ecological balance, reducing impacts and increasing productivity.
These solutions are continually tested and adapted to ensure economic viability, positive environmental impact, and large-scale replicability, positioning Genesis Agro as a benchmark in regenerative innovation.

Strategic correction and fertilization, intensive rotation and planned regrowth to ensure perennial forage and reduce pressure on new openings.
Pasture Management with Active Recovery
Soil restoration, increased biodiversity and promotion of healthy natural cycles.
Regenerative Agriculture
Crop-Livestock Integration
Integrated management to diversify production and improve land fertility.

Sempre em evolução, sempre em ação
Sustainability at GenesisAgro is dynamic. We are continually seeking new ways to expand our positive impact—from soil to community, from research to reforestation. The CPD&I is also a space for continuous experimentation and innovation. In addition to the practices already implemented on our farms, we develop and test new solutions that expand our environmental and social impact.
Carbon Capture with Biochar in partnership with Mombak
In the testing phase, we are using a biochar-based powder applied directly to the soil to improve carbon retention and increase soil fertility. This project, developed with Mombak, aims to consolidate an effective, affordable CO2 capture model adapted to the characteristics of the Cerrado.
Native Plant Nursery with Sponsored Seedlings
We're creating a native species nursery to support reforestation and the restoration of degraded areas. The unique feature lies in the connection with other companies: seedlings can be sponsored, allowing partners to directly engage in environmental initiatives with traceability, local impact, and effective ESG communication.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Sustainability is also social.
For Genesis Agro, sustainability is also social. We work side by side with local communities, promoting inclusion, training, income generation, and cultural appreciation. Our commitment goes beyond production: we seek to transform the territory into a fertile environment for opportunity, dignity, and human development.
We know that investing in people is the most concrete way to build a positive legacy. That's why we maintain an active presence in the region's daily activities—supporting initiatives across various community pillars.
Impact that Generates Progress
Results that move us
We believe that social impact must be visible and measurable. Therefore, we closely monitor the region's economic and social indicators to evaluate and adjust our actions.
