GenesisAgro IN ACTION

gENESISAGRO methodology

Transforming with Purpose Is More Than Evolving
It's Planning, Executing and Generating Value

At GenesisAgro, transformation is the essence of our work. We operate on our own lands, initially dedicated to beef cattle, which are gradually converted into high-yield agricultural areas. This process is guided by our own methodology, which combines technology, regenerative practices, and intelligent soil management.

Our model not only boosts productivity but also values assets, respects the environment, and strengthens competitiveness in agribusiness in a consistent and responsible manner. Each stage is designed to anticipate trends, mitigate risks, and create a solid production cycle—from soil to market.

Transformation Model with Value Generation

The demand for food produced with traceability, reduced environmental impact, and social commitment is growing rapidly in Brazil and worldwide. Trends such as regenerative agriculture, environmental certifications, origin traceability, and organic production are shaping a new consumption pattern—one that is more conscious, transparent, and demanding.

The GenesisAgro Methodology was designed to respond to this scenario: we integrate technology, sustainability, and governance to deliver a production model that generates economic, social, and environmental value. More than just accompanying this transformation, we seek to lead it—positioning GenesisAgro as an active agent in the evolution of Brazilian agriculture. Our methodology is based on a structured four-phase cycle that drives the progressive appreciation of land values over time.

AGENTS OF TRANSFORMATION

This model allows us to operate with scale, efficiency, and responsibility—maintaining control over land assets while expanding our productive impact. More than just responding to the growing demand for food, our methodology prepares GenesisAgro to be an active agent in the transformation of Brazilian agribusiness—connecting productivity, positive impact, and governance in a single value cycle.

our activities

Produce Responsibly, Transform Strategically

Since its founding, GenesisAgro has operated based on corporate governance principles, respecting environmental standards and maintaining a commitment to long-term productivity. Our operations adhere to rigorous technical criteria and comply with current legislation—ensuring productive integrity, worker well-being, animal health, and environmental preservation on all fronts.

HIGH PERFORMANCE AGRICULTURE

Focusing on high-demand crops, we produce grains, flowers, and fruits efficiently, with traceability and quality. Rice, soybeans, corn, sorghum, sunflowers, and tropical fruits are cultivated using regenerative technologies and soil conservation practices, adapted to the soil and climate conditions of the Cerrado region of Maranhão.

Our production systems are supported by soil analysis, mineral correction, and precision management, maximizing productivity and reducing losses. Transportation is facilitated by a strategic logistics network, connecting our farms to the country's main ports and markets.

OPERATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Efficiency That Sustains Growth

GenesisAgro invests in infrastructure to ensure scalability, operational safety, and logistical efficiency throughout the production chain. Our operational base was designed to support the growth of agricultural and livestock activities, ensuring control and continuity from planting to shipment.

In the municipality of Grajaú (MA), the company maintains a modern technical complex that concentrates strategic structures for storage, processing and management.

Storage Unit

To ensure logistical efficiency and greater flexibility in harvesting operations, GenesisAgro invested in a modern, strategically located storage facility just 15 km from Grajaú, Maranhão. With five silos and a total capacity of 32,000 tons, our facility receives, processes, dries, and stores grains in compliance with international standards.

Technical Base and Regional Support

The support base also serves as a logistics center for large companies in the sector and is integrated into the region's road and rail network, with easy access to ports in the North and Northeast.

By bringing together operations, storage, and distribution in a single hub, GenesisAgro positions itself as one of the most comprehensive structures in the Maranhão Cerrado region — with efficiency, predictability, and the ability to respond to the demands of modern agribusiness.

Geographical location

Strategic Position, Global Reach

GenesisAgro is strategically located in south-central Maranhão — a region that combines ideal natural conditions, an expanding logistics network, and easy access to key markets in Brazil and around the world.

This combination of fertile soil, stable climate, and integrated logistics infrastructure supports our long-term vision: to transform Maranhão into one of the most competitive agro-industrial hubs in the country.

Maranhão as Brazil's New Agroindustrial Frontier

Climate and territory that favor the production scale

Our farms are concentrated within a radius of up to 150 km from the Grajaú base, optimizing land management, drainage, and integrated expansion. The region enjoys a regular rainfall regime—between 1,200 and 1,500 mm annually—comparable to Brazil's most important production regions, but with less pressure on natural resources.

Commercial reach and export potential

With a strong presence in the domestic market and direct access to the international market, GenesisAgro's production supplies consumer centers in four nearby capital cities (São Luís, Palmas, Teresina, and Belém), which together have a population of over 18 million. This regional influence, combined with access to the largest ports in the North and Northeast, positions Genesis Agro with clear logistical advantages to meet both domestic consumption and the growing global demand for sustainable and traceable food.

Multimodal Logistics and Strategic Connections

GenesisAgro's production is connected to an efficient and diversified logistics network, which integrates rail, road, and port modes — allowing predictability, cost reduction, and agility in flow.

The state and federal highway network that runs through Grajaú connects our production units directly to regional logistics hubs and export ports, complementing the multimodal system with flexibility and capillarity.

PORTS

The Port of Itaqui—one of the most modern and deepest in the country—connects local production to the world's largest consumer centers with agility. The Itaqui–Rotterdam route, for example, can be completed in just 10 days, saving up to a week compared to ports in the Southeast and Central-West. This proximity to Europe, North America, the Panama Canal, and the west coast of the Americas makes our operations more efficient, profitable, and sustainable.

RAILWAYS

Genesis Agro is strategically positioned between three major rail corridors: Carajás, Transnordestina, and Norte-Sul, which ensure rapid production flow and efficient supply of agricultural inputs.

HIGHWAYS

The state and federal highway network that runs through Grajaú connects our production units directly to regional logistics hubs and export ports, complementing the multimodal system with flexibility and capillarity.
